"This is by far the most effective brand of melatonin available. I have spent the last few months trying to find the equivalent in local stores (to eliminate shipping costs) but there are simply none to be found.

I have tried other dual-release formulas that still result in my waking up in the middle of the night, and sublingual tablets that seem to be no better than sugar pills. Most of these were from so-called trusted brands and very overpriced.

This product, however, actually does what it says it will do and I have desperately missed it. I will also add that even with shipping costs this product simply costs less and works better than the others I have tried.
