"I have used other similar products but this one is the best. It keeps your bowels moving but does not create a "bathroom emergency" like colon cleanser do nor does it create stomach bloating or cramping. I was hesitant to order it at first b/c you have to take three capsules but now that I have the product it is not a problem. The benefits far out weigh the fact that is is a 3 in one supplement.
